I am a qualified sports educator (BPJEPS) and running coach based in Bordeaux. I compete from 10K to marathon and work with runners of all levels.
My method - data-based and explanatory - comes from my own experience. I ran in a club, followed plans and wore a GPS watch. Explanations were never lacking, but something was missing: the feeling of truly understanding my body, my zones and my progress. I wanted to become an active participant in my training, not just someone following orders.
A long-term injury taught me the rest. It came from three avoidable mistakes: too much intensity and not enough easy volume, increasing load too quickly, and no strength training. This shaped my conviction that a runner who understands their training progresses better, for longer, and gets injured less.
